Naples is a city in Morris County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,378 at the 2010 census.

Geography[edit]

Naples is located at 33°12′11″N 94°40′44″W / 33.20306°N 94.67889°W / 33.20306; -94.67889 (33.202983, –94.679006).[5]

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.4 square miles (6.2 km2), of which 2.4 square miles (6.2 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) is water. The total area is 99.16% land.

The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild to cool winters. According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Naples has a humid subtropical climate, abbreviated "Cfa" on climate maps.[6]
