Production Credits on Time Albums[edit]

The The Time (band) article indicates that Prince used The Time as a publicity front for his songwriting, instrument playing, recording and mixing for the first few albums. The same is true of the article for The Time (album). Whereas this article says that Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis "recorded" on The Time album. Which is correct? Jonabbey (talk) 21:05, 14 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Prince played almost all instruments on those albums. See e.g. http://princevault.com/index.php?title=Album:_The_Time and http://princevault.com/index.php?title=Album:_What_Time_Is_It%3F . Jeroen (talk) 14:04, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Edit[edit]

I removed this, because I can't tell who the antecedent of "he" and "his" is supposed to be:

"Also took 2004 NBA MVP Kevin Garnett under his wing when Kevin was a rookie straight out of high school. He actually had Kevin live at his Minneapolis mansion."

I removed this:

Production credits[edit]

The list of production credits on the page seemed entirely random -- no criteria for what was included -- and was filled with redlinks, so I removed it. However, I'm pasting it here since it could form the basis of a more useful list (e.g. US Hot 100 #1s produced by Jam and Lewis) with some selective editing, and some tracks mentioned here aren't in the separate article on songs produced by the duo.
