I vote for deleting this page, a much more extensive list can be found in Category:Italian painters.

I agree with CARAVAGGISTI above. There's almost 2,000 Italian artists listed in Category:Italian painters. This list is very short and the only differentiator is arguably "famous Italian artists" - which seems arbitrary. My $0.02. Keithh (talk) 13:23, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

New Artist[edit]

I imagine so. At the moment all the entries are bluelinked. But if a redlinked artist was added, we'd need proof they were an Italian artist and notable. Sionk (talk) 15:30, 7 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
