Untitled[edit]

I'm moving this page because I think it would be better to have an overall information page about this district (map, statistics, etc.) in addition to having the list of previous Congressmen from this district. This could be a template for all 430 (or however many) districts in the U.S.

The name itself is up for debate, especially with states without multiple districts (like Alaska). RADICALBENDER ★ 17:37, 4 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Hello, I've added election stats from the previous election in 2004, Swing and gain is related to the old district with the same number. Where can I find turnout data for the district? Gavino 17 June 2005

The use of a Congressional District Map dated from the previous Census rather than the current Census may have been motivated by the as-yet-unresolved Supreme Court case affecting Texas decennial redistricting as modified in 2012, but surely the correct answer is to pull the map until the current boundaries are settled. Recent election results from statewide races[edit]

It is rather unusual to find election results for a senate race or a gubernatorial race in an article about a congressional district. There is no source for those two results given.
