A lesser known fact/rumour is that the bands name originated from a conversation at the Reading Festival in the late 90s. The name Muse is a direct reference to the Selma Hayek character in the Kevin Smith film "Dogma". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.99.105.10 (talk) 23:11, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can you provide more info please? The only song I can think of is Supermassive Black Hole at the end of the choruses. --Solitude6nv5 (talk) 18:14, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
IIRC he did some screaming on their old cover of Can't Take My Eyes Off You. But these occasional roles aren't a big enough deal to mention in this article. Popcornduff (talk) 00:14, 24 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The use of the word 'Orchestra' in the summary[edit]

In reference to Butterflies and Hurricanes and Absolution, it is stated that Muse used an orchestra for the track. This isn't true, it is only a string ensemble as seen in the Making Of Absolution video (27 minute mark). Should this be changed? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jhdrumming (talkcontribs) 04:01, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The Dark Side[edit]

We need to create an article for the band's single The Dark Side which is also one of the most appreciated tracks from their latest album. I'd do it myself but I'm afraid to make a mess with the script. Patata mccurdy (talk) 10:55, 20 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Muse RM notification[edit]

An editor has requested for Muse (disambiguation) to be moved to Muse. Since you had some involvement with Muse (disambiguation), you might want to participate in the move discussion (if you have not already done so). Whether or not to move depends mostly on the question if a) Muses (the ancient Greek goddesses) is the primary topic, or b) Muses and Muse (band) are comparably significant, and there is no primary topic.
