Weak objection. Amazon.com call them "Orange Range" and so does other western stores. There doesnä't seem to be a consenus on how their name should be written. I perfer to not use all-caps because it's uglier. Jeltz talk 11:42, 2 Jun 2005 (UTC)

My reasoning is as follows. Looking through the List of J-pop artists and http://amazon.co.jp, it seems that J-pop artists do make a distinction between all-caps and standard capitalization schemes. We should use what they use. - mako 06:25, 5 Jun 2005 (UTC)

It really should be ORANGE RANGE, just because it looks ugly doesn't mean it's wrong... they take caps very seriously, hyde NEVER uses a capital to spell his name. --LaotianBoy1991

Bleach?[edit]

Shouldn't there be something about them doing the title them to the anime Bleach?

What about them being in the Fantastic-4 movie album? It is rare for J-pop/J-rock artists to get in American...anything.

I feel like this band is more indie or alternative than J-rock (considering J-rock isn't really a genre).

What the heck is J-Rock anyhow? (Yes, I know the implied meaning) Is there any way to clearly differentiate it from J-Pop? Or even clarify a band as alternative? And indie isn't a musical style, but a commercial status which would be inaccurate to describe a band which is signed to a major label (or even a minor one).

I disagree entirely. Why would you respect the distinctions between pop, rock, metal, alternative, hip hop, etc in American, British, or other Western music, and not in Japanese music? As for J-rock, I'm not sure what implied meaning you're referring to - do you simply mean to say that you understand that it means "Japanese rock"? "J-rock" seems to have a connotation of a particular style and aesthetic (see visual kei, a major subgenre of J-rock, which you won't find a true equivalent to among the major bands of the West) beyond simply being Japanese rock music. J-rock its just a name. doesn't mean anything. but the name has been overrated to imply all other rock from japan. its not a real in genre terms its just a fan name. Do we call other rock "English rock" or "Spanish rock" ? its just that Japanese rock is so famous that many people tend to separate it in to a whole different rock which really doesnt make sense. I get the feeling that there were two singles called "Orange" and "Range". Of greater concern to me is the fact that this section has been written in the future tense; it just makes it seem out of date, though the final paragraph makes it clear that it's not (by citing sales). Polish Fan Site[edit]

Someone keeps adding a link to a Polish Fan Site. I'm pretty sure Wikipedia standards say fan sites should be avoided. Also, I don't see what a Polish fan site has to do with the English page for this band. I'm going to remove the link, but I was wondering if anyone else had any comments. Naruto third ending theme[edit]

To be specific, it isn't really ビバ★ロック (Viva Rock) that is the third ending theme to Naruto, but actually ビバ★ロック~japanese side~ (Viva Rock -japanese side-). Albums[edit]

Additions[edit]

I went through Apple Music and went through all of Orange Range’s Singles, EPs, and Albums, and classified and reclassified things based on that. Also added a ton of Singles. I have been working on creating articles for the Singles that don’t have one. As well as updating the ones that do. So far I’ve finished these two: ミチシルベ/ミッドナイトゲージ and Kirikirimai if anyone wants to have a go at them now. Also, sorry if some of them are in kanji, I tried to stick with what the Apple Music release has it as considering that is the official release in English speaking territories.
