I haven't read the book, am more interested in the potential of the Continuous Matter theory.

Every common form of atomic theory (ie.- special relativity, quantum mechanics, etc.) fail where this can succeed.

Expand on this.

The definition of atoms as quanta.

.. a predictable universe... ;)

Almost tagged for lacking notability...someone still could. All the sources provided seem to be primary (maybe I missed one?). Took a look online and found this:
