Reference note 5[edit]

What is the meaning of the compound reference note 5? Its second part distinguishes it from note 2, as the first part is identical to note 2. The second part ends with a stray parenthesis and is poorly punctuated otherwise. --P64 (talk) 18:47, 2 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
