Infobox templates, WikiProject Universities[edit]

Should probably use something like Wikipedia:Infobox#Universities or Template:Infobox University or Template:Infobox University2 and conform to Wikipedia:WikiProject Universities. --Kenyon 21:06, May 11, 2005 (UTC)

  • It's not a university; perhaps community colleges should have their own WikiProject? -Branddobbe 02:49, 18 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

History[edit]

Anyone got any decent history on Palomar? I can't seem to find anything to put up, I know Palomar has been around since the 1940s. Someone surely can find some good sources of information on it's history. StrangeWill 18:54, 22 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

School colors[edit]

According to this site it's "Palomar Red" and "Palomar Silver". I'm not seeing black mentioned as an official color.

Do we got any sources on the school defining it's actual school colors? StrangeWill 07:08, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As long as I've been at Palomar, the colors have been red and silver - black is only used for text, or when no other color is used save white (i.e. a black-and-white logo on a black-and-white brochure, flyer, etc.). Red text is occasionally used in logos, but that is rare, indeed. Here's another portion of the Graphics Standards manual which mentions the letterhead logos and whatnot: [1]. By no means are the colors scarlet and black, though - that would be SDSU! NKK 70.181.143.195 07:31, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Someone please change the current ASG Council Officers. These are outdated as of Fall 07. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Blackthorne XXXX (talkcontribs) 01:21, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Bryan Hughes[edit]

An IP address, maybe Bryan himself, has vandalized the Miramar College site and has twice changed this site to say he is the Associated Student Government President. Based on my knowledge of Bryan's controversial resignation as AS President at Miramar College, I am not so sure he would be now the AS President at Palomar. I can find no evidence online that indicates that he holds this position. Until this is properly cited, I will continue to revert. But if someone has a citation for this, please let me know. List of Buildings[edit]

A list of buildings is typically not included in any college/university article, as they are not found to be encyclopedic. Thoughts from other users?Hoteljargon (talk) 20:22, 30 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. According to WP:WPSCH/AG#OS, only if buildings are notable or especially interesting should they be included. Anyone wishing to include them needs to make a convincing case, with sources.Contributor321 (talk) 22:22, 30 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
