Separation[edit]

Both this article and the one on Augusta say they lived together until 1801 when he was awarded a grant of £12,000. Their marriage had been annulled, but wikipedia reads as though he was paid off, and for a chunk of moolah, he agreed to leave her (and his 7-y-o son and new baby).
