combined[edit]

I combined this with the other existing Iwama page: Iwama. It seemed unnecesary to have two sites about the same thing.— Preceding unsigned comment added by {} (talk • contribs)

Perfection?[edit]

In martial arts is it possible to reach perfection? "...Ueshiba improved his skill and perfected the art of the sabre and the stick..." This seems POV but it could be normal martial arts terminology, although I doubt it. Liblamb 17:42, 2 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Nah just over enthusiastic hyperbole. A lot of the information is redundant with the entry for Iwama Dojo and Aikido. The entry is more about one particular branch of Aikido then about the town. The links should be adequet.Peter Rehse 09:43, 10 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

annexing[edit]

Since it is now part of Kasama city, is it correct to still say Iwama is a town? Is that part still even called Iwama officially? Cesiumfrog (talk) 14:18, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Iwama Town merged and disappeared in 2006, but Iwama Station still exists, and residents seem to use it as another name. ジョンドウ (talk) 16:34, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
