NIED in Texas[edit]

I deleted this sentence: "Interestingly enough, in Landreth v. Reed, the Texas Supreme Court adopted the Dillon v. Legg test from California and currently has several cases granting damages for NIED."

Landreth v. Reed was not a Texas Supreme Court case; it was a lower appellate court's ruling that was issued 15 years prior to Boyles v. Kerr.
