Semi-protected edit request on 27 December 2021[edit]

This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request.

Cause of death has not been determined/disclosed. Therefore death by prostate cancer should be removed until accurate data is available. Springbok001 (talk) 09:30, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Removed "prostate" but kept "cancer"; NYT does explicitly say cancer and attributes it to the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation, it just not which kind of cancer. ◢ Ganbaruby!  (talk) 10:04, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Multistage loop for picture caption[edit]

The caption for Desmond Tutu's picture used to read Archbishop Tutu {{circa|2004}}. Then it was:

changed to Tutu {{circa|2004}}
changed to Desmond Tutu {{circa|2004}} (that was me)
changed to The Archbishop {{circa|2004}}
changed to Tutu {{circa|2004}} (its state as I'm writing this), thus closing the loop.

Clearly, these can't all be improvements on each other. So which should it be? The Crab Who Played With The Sea (talk) 10:44, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
