Decision now at Wikisource[edit]

I've moved the text of the decision from this old version of the article, to Wikisource:Boynton v. Virginia. - dcljr 08:49, 22 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Needs more detail on Bruce Boynton's trip, Virginia State Courts, and Federal Appeals[edit]

This article was recently just a small blurb on why Boynton was an important decision, but did not provide any of the factual or procedural backgroud. It seems to shortchange the role of Boynton himself in challenging segregation, and also does not give enough details (in my opinion) on the people and processes that advanced his case from Police Court to the U.S. Supreme Court. And then what?[edit]

As of this writing, this article seems to, in the middle of nowhere, have cut off the rest of the story, including the finding of the court. Could someone who knows how, just finish it? (I don't.) Thanks. 76.236.220.28 (talk) 04:20, 28 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
