Does anyone remember an animated movie released in the mid to late 1960's featuring a young apprentice wizard who was taught to be a shape-changer by a benevolent master and had to face an evil wizard with the same abilities in a climatic battle on a mountain top? don't know a title but it had japanese style characters in it.
