Hey JackH :) I hope you like the place and choose to stay.

Some links that may be of use:

Re the links on Creationism. Many Wikipedia pages contain lists of links, and their removal doesn't allow people who do know about these people (I unfortunately do not) to add written text to these pages. Please reconsider your removal of these links.

Thanks :) Dysprosia 10:16, 27 Sep 2003 (UTC)

Well then, but than they are something for the talk section. They may be put there as help for further research. What I dislike about the internet is that there is often no real information. WP should be different. --JackH 10:46, 27 Sep 2003 (UTC)
The talk section is for discussion about the article, however, not for content. The links would be a bit invisible there. Dysprosia 10:49, 27 Sep 2003 (UTC)
People who like to do link collections should do their work on www.dmoz.org. Here the emphasis is text (which I like). An article should only have a few well selected links. The talk page may well serve for research and drafting purposes. That's what it is meant for - an aid for coming up with a good article.
Unfortunately, link collections are acceptable here. Perhaps it would serve to trim the list down -- I don't know -- it may be an issue for discussion and consensus forming on the Creationism talk page, not simple removal. Dysprosia 11:10, 27 Sep 2003 (UTC)

I have a couple of weeks off work coming up, and a good camera. Care to send me a trans-Pacific air ticket? I'll bring back as many Darwin's finch pictures as you like. ;) Tannin
