Settlers in the 1560s[edit]

Before the first rebellion (i.e. in the 1560s), it says; "Finally, Irish landowners continued to be threatened by the arrival of English colonists." The colonies were Antrim and Down c.1575 which failed, and then Munster. So how many acres did settlers actually take up in the 1560s to make anyone feel "threatened"?86.46.198.205 (talk) 10:22, 17 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
