Falcon Heene[edit]

I thought this page was going to be about Falcon Heene and the mylar balloon incident, with the subsequent interview with Wolf Blitzer the intrepid and ingenious reporter. Why is the title like this[edit]

Why is the title "The Balloon-Hoax" with the definite article and the hyphen? Why not The Balloon Hoax or just Balloon Hoax? Mike R (talk) 14:53, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This isn't a nickname; it's the standard title given in anthologies. For example: here, here, here, here, and here. It's also used in his first collected works in 1850, here. --Midnightdreary (talk) 15:40, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
