I'm sorry, El Camino is not notable by any stretch of the imagination. Hell, you might as well put Special Treat in there if you are going to list the El Camino.... Black's, Dupuy's, I agree with the others. I'll work on it. --Xj14y 21:59, 29 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I agree about El Camino.

One flaw in the article is that Pere Megret originally named the settlement "La Chapelle."

repaired broken template, but lost refs

This edit broke a template. I repaired it, but couldn't find a way to keep these two refs:

• <ref>''Encyclopædia Britannica Atlas, 1959 Edition, p. 298</ref>
  (which should've been "<ref>''Encyclopædia Britannica Atlas'', 1959 Edition, p. 298</ref>", anyway)
• <ref name=Colliers/>

So, someone knowing how to do this, please fix it. (Maybe the text scrapped in the template-breaking edit shouldn't have been removed in the first place?) – ὁ οἶστρος (talk) 16:24, 19 April 2013 (UTC)

History

The History section could really use work.

I think that this town probably has a fascinating history, given its place in time and space (1850s southern US), if someone would only research it.
