The Pac-Man article says that Namco threatened to sue Magnavox over this game, but this article says it was Atari, and that they actually sued, rather than just threatened. So which is it? InterruptorJones 17:53, 24 Jan 2005 (UTC)

The case was Atari v. Magnavox. If you look on the Odyssey 2 page, there's also a link to an interview with Ed Averett — the principle programmer for the O2 — where he discusses the case. Jbanes 11:53, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
