Naming conventions[edit]

I know I violated naming conventions in my links but no full names were given. I do know MV Horizon and SS Summit but that's it. Thanks I will change those and leave the rest as _____ (ship) -Wikiacc

[edit]

This page reads like it's from a brochure. Can it possibly be cleaned up to be more NPOV?71.107.230.202 02:05, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Both this article and the parent company's have ship sections that read like brochures or review, could there be a connection?

The X[edit]

I've heard various explanations of the trademark X. Does anyone know what it really means?

The Greek letter X ("Ch"), for Chandris, the original owner of Celebrity. Chandris used a similar (but not identical) funnel logo for ships in their liner service and for Chandris Fantasy Cruises. - Kjet 09:58, 28 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sry[edit]

Could someone add a Info Box because i can't figure it out.

Chandris Lines[edit]

66.75.245.141 (talk) 04:14, 7 October 2008 (UTC)What is the different of Celebrity Cruises and Chandris Lines?66.75.245.141 (talk) 04:14, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Chandris Lines was ocean liner operating subsidiary of Chandris Group that later became Chandris Cruises. Celebrity Cruises is a separate brand, created as a subsidiary of Chandris Group in 1990. Chandris Cruises continued operations even after Celebrity Cruises was founded, ceasing service in 1996. — Kjet (talk · contribs) 12:46, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Celebrity Equinox[edit]

This ship has now been launched by its German builders and is taking on passengers in England for its maiden cruise. Please correct.--dunnhaupt (talk) 20:57, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Celebrity Reflection"[edit]

The link that identifies the Celebrity Reflection makes no mention what so ever of that ship or name. In fact, the link provided indicates there are 4 Solstice ships, not five. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.128.172.62 (talk) 20:26, 2 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Celebrity Zenith"[edit]

Should be listed under retired ships - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MV_Zenith

Celebrity Century[edit]

Hi there, Celebrity Century is no longer part of the fleet. Can this be removed please.

Also, updated the CEO to Lisa Lutoff-Perlo. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.43.115.237 (talk) 15:01, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
