 Another term by CPP is "Central Precocious Puberty" of usually unknown cause

but has various known causes(and of types of -PP) that are usually brain damage. The brain damage results in release of hormones from the ptuitary gland and causes Puberty in children before normal lifecycle age and growth(of any age) and results them having secondary(adult alike)sexual characteristics and finally behaviours.....
