With the exception of the two Ohio rivers, I don't believe all these rivers are named after the Miami Native American tribe. For example, Miami, Florida is named after a Native American (Seminole?) word that means "Sweet Water". Since the Miami River in Florida runs through the city of Miami, I would think that its name is almost certainly is based on the same word. I'd like to verfiy the origins of all the names before changing the page.
