Wondering how to edit this U.S. City Entry?

Name[edit]

I found a source at epodunk stating that Kwethluk translates to "Bad River," but they say that it's Eskimo. Given that the Yukon-Kuskokwim area is Yup'ik territory, I find it rather unlikely that Kwethluk is an Eskimo name. The state's official page on Kwethluk states that the name just means "river," so I'm changing it. Akbeancounter 23:59, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
