My name is David Seaward, although I write it d❤vid (or d<3vid) to distinguish myself from the large number of Davids I know; kwill is my regular online nick. I used to think Wikipedia was the absolute shiznitz, until a friend pointed me to the Vampire watermelon. At first I was afraid, I was petrified... then I followed the talk page and learnt how Wikipedia gets along, and creates quality articles out of even the most obscurely researched topics. My faith was restored. Somebody draw a Chick tract!
My major interests are well-covered on Wikipedia, so mainly I correct typos or avoid looking at the Millennium article again (where to begin!?). However, I occasionally find significant but obscure nooks to write articles about! :) I'm interested in many collaborative web projects beyond Wikipedia, including LibraryThing and the Stack Exchange Network.
I am embarrassingly monolingual, so I won't be contributing to Wikipedia in Zulu, Afrikaans, Xhosa or other interesting languages.
