Alumni[edit]

I managed to get a listing of Old Boys of the College from crikey.com.au I am familiar with half of them, but I think the individual's need more written about them. I've left the description to help people creating the pages. Once an adequate page has been created, the description should be removed from the school's page, I think.

I've added tags suggesting that St Aloysius Debating be merged into this article. I'm not sure the Debating Society has enough notability to stand in an article by itself, and it seems like the information could fit here. Comments? - Fordan (talk) 13:14, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Completely agree, a school debating team with no outstanding achievements certainly doesn't deserve its own article. Although I don't think much of the article is useable.. it's obviously the work of a St Aloysius debater. Could possibly be deleted. Loopla 13:40, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I went back and looked at what was there... After removing the fluff, there wasn't much to really move. Since the original author pulled down the merge tag on the article along with the tags concerning weasel words and the like, and it didn't seem like there was anything to salvage, I pulled down the merger tag from this page and tagged St Aloysius Debating for speedy deletion as a non-notable club. - Fordan (talk) 05:38, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
