License tagging for Image:Frank.gif[edit]

Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Proposed deletion of Frank G. Rubio[edit]

The article Frank G. Rubio has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Couldn't find any reliable sources about him that might indicate he passes WP:GNG, WP:NAUTHOR, WP:ANYBIO. The best he gets are some name-drops in reviews of anthologies that contain his work, but those reviews don't substantially focus on him or his work, so not enough to qualify as in-depth for the purposes of proving his notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
