Hi LrdChaos, and thanks for the "you can help with stubs message". I'd be interest in in helping with spacecraft and related stub sorting. But I got and look at how many stubs there are and how many categories there are, and I'm not sure where to start.

Fremantle Hospital

Hey there, I was wondering about your reasons for removing the coords info for this article? I will be putting it back but I wanted to know where you are coming from first. I've no wish for an edit war. I spent quite a bit of time entering this information for quite a few articles and would hate to think that it will be removed without due consideration. My thinking was that, wiki extensions for maps will be available eventually and having the coords in the article will help. However on a more immediate level, someone looking to find out where a landmark is can use the mapping pages linked by the coords to find exactly where the landmark is. Also you can download a Google Earth file that contains KML for all the wiki articles that contain coords. It means you can roam around an area seeing where things are on Google Earth and then link back to the article from there. You can get back to me here, my page or the article. Generally, the coords don't seem that important to the article. Sure, you can take the coords into a map program (like Google Earth) and see the area, but for a hospital, there doesn't seem to be much need for it (unless there were some interesting feature of the grounds that could be seen in an aerial view, but this doesn't seem to be the case here). I'm not strongly opposed to including the coords (so, if you were to put them back, I wouldn't take them out again), but they just don't seem to me like something that really adds to the article. —LrdChaos 05:59, 1 April 2006 (UTC)

But, the coords are there to provide basic mapping access as well as more exotic things like Google earth. For example if you click on the cords link and scroll down to Find this location on MSN Maps Australia, this will open the mapping website exactly at the hospital. I think this does add hugely to the usefulness of articles in wikipedia. If I had browsed across an article and wanted to know where exactly it was I just need 2 clicks. As an editor all I need to do is add this small template and automatically a reader has access to a lot of functionality. I guess it's a simple difference of opinion between us. River LINE and WP:NJ

On behalf of Wikipedia:WikiProject New Jersey, I wanted to thank you for your work on the River LINE, a hole that had existed for quite some time in New Jersey-related articles. I seem to have some overlap with your fields of interest in rail transportation, focusing more on the Norther New Jersey and New York City area, with major edits to stations and service for New Jersey Transit, the Long Island rail Roand and the New York City Subway. I'd like to invite you to join and participate in Wikipedia:WikiProject New Jersey (or just WP:NJ), an effort to fill in the holes and expand details about all things about New Jersey. Welcome aboard! I've created articles for stations on the Pascack Valley Line of New Jersey Transit, as well as for the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. For the Long Island Rail Road, I've created articles for stations on the Far Rockaway Branch and Port Washington Branch. Clearly, there are huge swathes of stations that are uncreated. Even for ones that do exist, there should be some better standardization of what should be included. Any thoughts on what you might want to work on? Alansohn 16:22, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

Just looking at the PDF of the NTSB report linked in the article's references section, it says the flight was Denver to Philadelphia via Chicago. Good work. I should have done that myself! I made some more minor changes to the article; see what you think. I also copied some of the quotes into the Al Haynes aricle. Those quotes blow my mind; the guy is such a hero for keeping s ocalm in an emergency. Please either add them to Category:Railroad stations on former Pennsylvania Railroad lines built after the Pennsylvania Railroad's demise or restore them to Category:Pennsylvania Railroad stations, which I have proposed for renaming to Category:Stations along Pennsylvania Railroad lines for exactly this reason.
