  • Sub-pages aren't, but current policy is to keep redirects left over from the old (circa 2002?) organization, which used sub-pages. (Let me hasten to make clear that I'm not big on this, and if it gets changed, I would be happy to see it changed, but I don't dislike it enough to put the energy in to getting it changed.
