Other types of sexual exhibitionism

The classification of all types of sexual exhibitionism as indecent exposure and inherently wrong seems to tell only half the story.

Many people will be naked (for sexual reasons, as distinct from Naturism) in front of others and/or have sex in front of others in an entirely consentual way.

It therefore seems to me that this is a form of exhibitionism that isn't accounted for in the article and should be added. I would add it myself but I opened it up to discussion in case activity such as this would usually be called by a different name and I'm mistaken.

Reportedly, exhibitionism is principally due to a low self-esteem.

This should be added only when proper sources are added to back up the statement. It could be as accurate to say exhibitionism is due to high self-esteem. A person that is stronger, funnier, or smarter than others may just as well exhibit exhibitionism in a way to compete against others.
