Talk:Saluda cymbals

Saluda Cymbals manufactures cymbals mostly in B20 bronze but some of their prototypes can be in different alloys. Their Columbia, SC location is set up to make B8 Cymbals but they do not offer a B8 cymbal line. According to a conversation with a Saluda worker, while visiting their two facilities, they hope to release a b8 Cymbal line in the near future.

As of September 2011, they have a shared metal foundry located near Orangeburg, SC. The drum shells and drums are also done at this facility.

Saluda specializes in custom sounds, unique shapes, new creations, and designer finishes.
