There are the following steps in a regular process:

  • paste print
  • SMT
  • reflow
  • ICT
  • visual inspection and repair
  • other inspection methods (X-Ray, AOI)
  • depanel
  • through-hole elements and/or connectors soldering
  • conformal coat or potting
  • case-up
  • functional test

We should mention all of them
