Well, it appears that an anonymous user can edit any page, including personal page. I'm adding this paragraph as an anonymous user. Considered editing another user's page as an experiment, but decided that would be rude. OK, you can enforce politeness against regular users easily enough, but how do you prevent abuses by anonmymous users?
