Inaccuracy?[edit]

At the bottom of the Prusik knot page, it says:

"The Klemheist tends to be easier to slide up, but does not work well with webbing"

Everything I've read suggests the opposite, that Prusik works best with cord and Klemheist works best with webbing.

The illustrations, however, show a prusik tied with webbing. This, as others have pointed out, is generally not considered safe because it may not hold. (Freedom of the Hills, 6th ed., page 121.)
