Denis E. Corpet

Denis Corpet is a French scientist, living in Toulouse (France South-West)

• Prof. D.E. Corpet teaches nutrition and food-borne diseases in the French National Veterinary School of Toulouse (ENVT).
• Dr. Corpet (PhD) leads an INRA team who researches how to prevent colorectal cancer by a better diet (INRA is a kind of French USDA).
• Denis Corpet builds a database on all agents and diet that prevent colorectal cancer in people and in rodent models: Chemoprevention Database . In 2006 it reported 1012 studies in volunteers (= clinical trials), rats and mice (Chemoprevention Database Mirror).
• Denis and Florence Corpet have six kids, and this family shows on Corpet's website some simple and healthy recipes, rock climbing and mountains, and many smiling and sunny photos (shortcut [1])
• I would love to participate more to Wikipedia project, but I only had time to

- Write French page on Cancer du côlon and edit the English page Colorectal cancer (I've added the "prevention" paragraph)

- Edit the Pregnancy and fr:Grossesse pages (I've added the "Food and Nutrition during Pregnancy" paragraph)

- Made minor changes in many pages, e.g., Cancer, Food, Hygiene, Mountains, Pyrénées, Encantats, Climbing, French and English Wiki pages.
