I made some revisions to your changes on "Cued Speech." Current research suggests that the old notion that Cued Speech disambiguates speech sounds at th /p/ /b/ level is misleading. It seems that is how hearing people like to think of it. Deaf cuers seems to take in all aspects of cues as distinctive features much in the same way as at work in signed languages and spoken languages.
