There is probably a lot to say about the history of building the road, of what was displaced by it where it goes through cities, of its economic effects, of places where alternate routes were considered, of where it simply upgraded existing road vs. creating a new route, etc. This is not even close to a featured article. -- Jmabel | Talk 08:41, Dec 20, 2004 (UTC)
