I like this page; I learned some interesting things about Wikipedia history. Why remove it? (TheCunctator)

I have no great desire to remove this page; it's simply not an encyclopedia article, nor a conversation that's currently relevent. It is interesting historically, though. Maybe we could set up a home for such pages? --Stephen Gilbert

While we're discussing this: What is the current logo meant to represent? What are the two lines for? -- DrBob

Nobody knows... :-) It's a logo someone submitted for the Nupedia logo. It was, again, just about the nearest thing I had to hand that would work as a Wikipedia logo. --LMS

Ah! I had thought it looked rather like an "N", and was wondering if there was a Nupedia link -- DrBob
