Extreme phpBB is based on Phpbb, and is running phpBB 2.0.14

Well this is kind of hard to say, as it changes. But we have over 50 usefull mods and hacks installed, all of which make the forum better.

I started this project as a kind of "well i need a modded forum for my self" kind of project, then i decided to release it to the public, this was started in 2002/2003 and has been going since

Do you charge for your forum software?

The simple answer is NO, as phpBB is released under GPL. I would never charge for my forum software.
