It's a copy, but I don't think it's a copyvio. He's a political figure -- a quick google shows him prominent in the Civic Alliance; we mention him in Politics of Yugoslavia -- and there is no claim of copyright anywhere on the site. It looks like it's all intended as press-release stuff and I imagine he'd be glad for anyone to copy it. Still, it should be duly credited if used. I don't read Serbian well enough to make much of a judgment as to whether his CV itself is encyclopedia-worthy, but we probably should want an article on him. -- Jmabel 06:00, Sep 19, 2004 (UTC)
