BD Message[edit]

Thanks for the birthday message :) --Ayman 11:32, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Thanks, I was 18 yesterday! Did I put my name on a list of birthdays? Merry Xmas! Kingal86 14:58, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC) (UTC)

Copyrightwarning[edit]

Hi - you said "Sounds good, but please fix the formatting. It's offset by two br's and has an external link icon. Thanks." I'm not sure what you mean here. In particular, I don't see any external link icon - what do you mean? Also, what do you suggest instead of two br's -- do you want a single br, or a paragraph marker, or what? I'd be delighted for it to be in a good format, but I'm not sure what you're suggesting instead... help appreciated! Dwheeler 19:49, 2004 Dec 22 (UTC)

Gmail Invite[edit]

I'd love one please. I'm a relatively new Wikipedia citizen. Created a few pages and added some stuff to some of the old FOLDOC stubs. I hope you think I deserve one.

Cite sources reminder format[edit]

Since you commented, the footer has been modified, and I think you'll find the new format okay. -- Dwheeler 23:55, 2004 Dec 28 (UTC)

about the electrons[edit]

I appreciate your welcome and your guess as to my question about electrons and the atom, but I assure you it is not the electrons themselves that keep them parted from the nucleus. For what of the hydrogen atom with but a single electron?

photosynthesis[edit]

I am a nith grade honors biology student doing a research paper on the developement of a Brassica rapa under yellow light wavelengths, and white light wavelengths. I understand that a living organisms only functions are survival, reporduction and growth. Saying that, I wonder how a plant would grow, and reporduce under yellow light wavelengths. Wouldn't the plant only focus on survival? I also know that plants are autotrophs(self feeders). So what chemical reactions are taking place inside the Brassica rapa to make carbohydrates/glucose?
