It looks decent, but created at one stroke, anonymously, and without comment... I have to be worried about whether it may be a copyvio (although a couple of Google tests suggest it's probably not a copied web page).   • Since this has had its 2 weeks in which it could be translated, and since I have some concerns about possible copyvio, I think we should just drop it.
