Welcome to Wikipedia. You should probably look over the Wikipedia:Neutral point of view policy - in general, it is not OK to delete criticism from an article and insert praise for a subject. I feel that the drug use in this film IS very realistic. Please explain to me why it isn't.

This movie in particular also is, in a very small way, a small glimpse into medical malpractice. Not all medical facilities are a clean shop. Junkies ( such as the Harry character ) are looked at as self-abused patients as opposed to the average ill patient. The elderly character ( played by Ellen Burstyn ) was under the care of not medical professionals, but by two low payscale hospital employees. Being that the film is set in an urban environment, a place where you will see every walk of life, the elderly character was "just another wacked patient" in their boring job.

I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
