The argument that electronic voting answers key challenges of disabled voters, particulary the blind, is pure bunk. Canada and Ontario use a template to allow sight challenged electors to cast their ballots in secret. Theses templates are acknowledged in the international community for their contribution to breaking down barriers to the disabled.
