Thank you for your music-related article contributions. I noticed you were trying to add an image to The Monkees. Your image was successfully uploaded; you can see it at Image:4kees.jpg. To add it to the article, with right alignment as you had tried, the correct code is [[Image:4kees.jpg|right]] (only the filename, not the full URL, is required). P.S. You might find it easier to use the "Show preview" button before using the "Save page" button when making formatting edits or major additions. This allows you to see the article as it will appear with your edit, and to make any corrections necessary before committing your work. I see you already figured out captioning. Copyright is a somewhat ambiguous issue on Wikipedia, due to its educational nature. Album cover images are generally understood to be fair use. Other celebrity images have to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. See Wikipedia:Copyright FAQ and Wikipedia:Fair use for discussion of these issues. You should definitely mark any images you add with their copyright status: Image:HQs Album Cover.jpg should be marked with {{albumcover}}; and, if you wish to assert fair use for them, the other three images you uploaded should be marked with {{fairuse}}. These place templates on the image page which explain the basis for inclusion. They are normally added on a separate line below the caption. In any case, the ideal is to find and to use images which are in the public domain ({{PD}}) or otherwise (GPL, GFDL, CC, etc.) freely released. —Kdau 20:15, 2004 Dec 27 (UTC)

When you use a generic fair use tag such as {{fair use}} or {{fair use in|article name}}, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
