Chibi[edit]

As you commented about the Chibi article before, I thought you might be interested to know that it has gone to AfD. The discussion is here. JohnnyMrNinja 08:47, 8 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Looking for something to do? WikiProject Furry is improving articles on furry and anthropomorphic topics, and we'd like to have you on board.

Our current goal is to raise Anthrocon, furry convention and furry fandom to good article status and beyond - but if that doesn't take your fancy, there are plenty of other articles to work on. Give it a go and let us know how you're doing!

You received this one-time invitation because you are a Furry Wikipedian. GreenReaper 23:25, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Web 2.0 Buzz image[edit]

Thanks for Image:Web20buzz.svg. It puts the 2.0 concepts into visual perspective, which is good. Though I was wondering if you have time, could you make a few changes to it? There are a few issues people have raised on the talk page, especially the duplicate "SaaS" and the typo of "intelligence". As for the complaints brought up by XC, I don't know how valid they are, but a list of the sources you used to make the picture would probably resolve his/her complaints. But thanks again for providing the image, anyway, whatever you do. -kotra 22:22, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'll try but I won't be here for a week. I saw a few mistakes i made during vectorisation. I was wondering why nobody corrected them so far. --Yamavu 17:56, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I assume they haven't been corrected because not many editors know how to edit SVGs, or even that they can easily be edited. I haven't ever edited an SVG (though I converted a PDF into an SVG once), but if you don't get to it, I can give it a shot. -kotra 00:48, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fomor (World of Darkness)[edit]

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Fomor (World of Darkness), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. Gavin Collins 21:02, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Fred Perry (comics), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://furry.wikia.com/wiki/Fred_Perry. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 20:22, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Sabrina_online_Banner_4.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Sabrina_online_Banner_4.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 20:04, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Austria Invitation[edit]

Hello, Yamavu! I'd like to call your attention to the WikiProject Austria and the German-speaking Wikipedians' notice board. I hope their links, sub-projects and discussions are interesting and even helpful to you. If not, I hope that new ones will be.

Jerboa image[edit]

Thanks for the great touch-up on the jerboa image! I think it adds a visual emphasis to the unique physiology of this mammal -- and now it looks good, too! TeamZissou (talk) 22:08, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Eric W. Schwartz, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Eric W. Schwartz. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Proposed deletion of List of Kemonomimi[edit]

The article List of Kemonomimi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

An indiscriminate list of characters with animal characteristics without any sources and little context. Note that the main article was transwikied to Wiktionary several months ago.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ダイノガイ千?!? · Talk⇒Dinoguy1000 20:27, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Fabrice Tarrin has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Regards, SunCreator (talk) 12:02, 27 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Financisto has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no indication of WP:notability. No independent WP:reliable sources

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. noq (talk) 18:07, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Financisto, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages CSV and Android (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Orphaned non-free image File:Ioke.png[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Ioke.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 12:25, 28 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Improving Ironclaw, 2nd ed.?[edit]

Hi Yamavu. I noticed you listed Ironclaw as a topic of particular interest, and I wonder if you would care to contribute to the current article, which replaces the prior version that was deleted in September? A current deletion discussion has been relisted due to the discovery of new sources, and I suspect there is scope to improve the article from them; particularly the Iron Liz review. Of course, if you are aware of any further reliable sources, those would be much appreciated as well! GreenReaper (talk) 21:59, 14 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
