Umm this is the wrong spelling. Its a Postal Order with capital letters.........not a Postal order. Its a Promissory Note Order to the person at the other end (the Queens Post Master,) to redeem it for cash, in the same way a bank note is an promissory note. Please revert this to the correct page that someone redirected it from ie Postal Order
