The article Albert Cheng has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This has been around since 2004 and tagged as lacking references but none have appeared. Would be a BLP Prod had it been started later. Undoubtedly a player in Canada and Hong Kong but no significant evidence of notability as defined here
