Good luck!

Thanks for your contributions to this article (and I hope you also contribute to advanced modular arithmetic theory, that article is a mess).

I have just one remark. On Wikipedia, they use Z instead of \mathbb{Z} for integers, as you can see on integer. I would suggest we put back Z on modular arithmetic. What do you think? Oleg Alexandrov 21:25, 12 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Actually after changing the Zs I was wondering whether I should have. Personally I like the rendered math quite a bit better than HTML, plus I think the TeX is easier to read in the source, but I also don't want to change standard wikipedia formatting. --Superninja 20:52, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)
I also would prefer TeX any time. But when displayed, HTML text looks better than PNG images quite often. And indeed, the standard on Wikipedia is more biased towards Z rather than \mathbb{Z}. I will change that formula or two back to HTML some time soon.
BTW (if you have not yet done so), you should go check out Wikipedia:WikiProject Mathematics and put it on your watchlist. This is where all Wiki math talk is done. Cheers, Oleg Alexandrov 21:17, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Implementation of optimized Growth-Method (Polyomino)[edit]

Is there an existing algorithm that proves this statement of the optimized growth method? I tried to implement it and the ordinary growth method works fine, but the optimized version doesn't compute the right results till now and I'm not shure if that is possible anyway.Devask 13:36, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
