Hi, EU:[edit]

I just ran into you atkokopelli and, as I often do, came to your site to chek you out. Here i found this quote "(History? What history?)" and would like to offer you Ambrose Bierce's answer for his Devil's Dictionary. "Historian: A broad-gauge gossip." and "History: An occuunt mostly false, of events mostly unimportant, which are brought about by rulers mostly knaves, and soldiers mostly fools." Life is supposed to be fun. Carptrash 21:50, 19 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I have not checked out your article yet,[ i am currently having waaaaaay too much fun adding to the "Songs with geographic names in the titles" list] but I'm one of those who has never seen much difference between the two, history & mythology, and definately agree that 'mythology' in NOT a dirty word.

  • Please ignore the above warning. Apparently it was based on a misunderstanding of the speedy deletion criteria and the user page guidelines. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 06:41, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Lament for Ur[edit]

Hi there. Just to let you know that I'll be developing Lament for Ur extensively as part of a series on the Decad, particularly those mentioned in 'Miscellaneous Babylonian Inscriptions' by George Aaron Barton. Please let me know if you spot any problems. You might also be interested in the 'see also' section of Hymn to Enlil, my latest page wihch shows the detail I'm covering this series. Thought you might be interested if you like myths. Regards. Paul Bedsontalk 00:30, 4 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
